Letter of Thanks from Bridge's Partners
As we celebrate the completion of our 15th year in business, we want to take this
opportunity to give thanks to the people who have made Bridge’s success possible; our
employees, our consultant team, our suppliers, and our clients.
We’ve come a long way in 15 years. We’ve grown from three employees working out of two
small rooms into a regional company with a strong presence and a great reputation in RI,
CT, MA and beyond. Over the years, we found that our best value comes from providing
top IT consultants for project based work. These talented professionals help our clients
leverage technology to gain an edge in their markets and to complete projects on time and
We’d like to start by recognizing our employees. Our motto is “People are always your best
investment” and we recognize that without our employees we would not have been able to
make the transition we have made and grow Bridge so successfully! We take pride in
creating a great work environment, one that gives our employees opportunities to grow, be
successful and have fun. It’s no wonder that as Bridge has grown our average employee
tenure has also increased dramatically.
Similarly, we recognize the contributions of all of the talented IT specialists who have been
a part of our 15 years. We’ve helped IT professionals find their dream jobs, work on cutting
edge projects and deliver impactful results to our clients. Connecting talented people with
organizations who need their expertise is the most gratifying part of our job, and we’ve
made a lot of good friends in the process.
We appreciate the trust our clients have placed in us to help them bring their IT projects
over the finish line. Each year we compile a list of case studies from the projects we’ve
worked on, and it never fails to impress us to see the breadth of projects our consultants
have undertaken and to see the positive impact they’ve had on our clients’ businesses. Our
goal is to provide total customer satisfaction and to continually improve our level of service
over time. We truly appreciate the time and effort our clients take to prepare our quarterly
business reviews and monthly SLA metrics. Without this direct feedback our efforts to
improve would be significantly more difficult.
We have a firm commitment to give back to the community. We believe in sharing both our
time and resources and encouraging our team to do the same. Our charitable time off
(CTO) program provides each employee with 8 hours per month of paid time off to work at
a charitable organization. To encourage participation in the program we’ve been very active
with team charitable endeavors including e-waste drives, food drives, school improvements
projects, etc. We are also very active with building computer science career pathways,
working with K12, after school groups, higher education, government, and other
businesses to improve computer science education and awareness for all students but
especially for women and minority students. Bridge also has a gift matching program for
our employees up to $3,000 per employee for donations to 501C-3 organizations.
Finally, we’d like to thank our spouses and families, and those of all of our employees, as
we recognize that their support enables us to undertake this exciting ride.
Fifteen years! It’s quite an accomplishment – here’s to many more!
