Bridge Voted as Best Place to Work for 6th Consecutive Year
North Kingstown, RI--For the sixth year in a row, Bridge Technical Talent was recently named by The Providence Business News as one of the 2018 Best Places to Work in Rhode Island. This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Rhode Island, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the recipients of the Best Places to Work recognition. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25 percent of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employees' experience with the company. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Rhode Island and analyzed the data, using its expertise to determine the final rankings.
“We’re thrilled to have been named a Best Places to Work honoree for our sixth straight year,” said James Wright, CEO at Bridge, “We’ve worked hard to build a company that is enjoyable, engaging, rewarding and filled with opportunity for all our employees. What’s best about this recognition is that it’s primarily achieved based on direct feedback from our employees.”
