Bridge Named One of Rhode Island's Best Places to Work

East Greenwich, R.I., May 23, 2013 – Bridge Technical Talent has been named one of Providence Business NewsBest Places to Work in Rhode Island!

The statewide survey and awards program identifies, recognizes and honors the fifty best employers to work for in the Ocean State, and Bridge is very excited to have made the list this year!

Bridge views this award as a great accomplishment.   This particular accolade is very meaningful because it has essentially been awarded to Bridge by Bridge employees.  It is truly a validation that the company is achieving one of its most important goals: making Bridge a rewarding and enjoyable place to work.

To determine this list, companies throughout the state participated in a two-part survey process.   The first part of the process, worth about 25% of the total evaluation, consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.  The second part consisted of an employee survey, used to measure the employee experience and worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation.   The combined scores determined the top companies and final ranking.

Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data to generate the final list of fifty firms.   For more information on the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island program, visit www.BestPlacesToWorkRI.com.
