Position Overview

The Desktop Support will be in charge of handling any computer issues. They will be responsible with installing software and setting up iPhones for the company’s employers. This candidate must maintain a positive professional attitude at all times and ensure that the clients are more than happy with their service.

Your responsibilities will include  

  • Conduct a list to track the equipment
  • Handle computer issues from the user
  • iPhone software installation
  • Deal with virus issues           
  • Be able to troubleshoot
  • Working with MDM- MaaS360

To be successful you will need

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Experience with setting up hardware and computers
