Location: Providence , Rhode Island

Position Overview

You will be responsible for overall operations, systems, coordination’s, analytics and testing’s in which back the company’s operations. Finding system issues, writing business requirements, reviewing the specifications, figuring our systems enhancements, and developing test plans for changes.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Have an understanding for all the systems and come up with solutions to maintain happy customers
  • Document findings and solutions
  • Work with others to come up with trends to figure out solid solution
  • Create test plans
  • Implement plans
  • To be successful you will need
  • Track and report on SR’s and vendor CR’s written from analysis

To be successful you will need   

  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
  • Being able to speak with customers verbally and written

Ideal candidate will also have

  • Health care experience
  • Familiar with EDI process
  • Experience with 834 Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance transaction (HIPPA standard)
