Position Overview

Troubleshooting, installation, configuration of desktop hardware and software. Hands on role involving parts installation and replacement.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting students in any desktop or mobile issue                 
  • Give technology support in classrooms
  • Handle issues with projectors, and other technologies in the environment
  • Work with technology to create files and functions needed
  • Lifting equipment

To be successful you will need

  • Experience with Windows, MacOS, IOS, and Android
  • Bachelor degree
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
  • Excellent customer service skills

Ideal candidate will also have

  • Management experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Desktop support certification- CompTIA A+, ACSP, HIDI-DST, or Microsoft Specialist
