We at Bridge Technical Talent are proud to have a long history of community service.  This year, our employees generously contributed a total of $1,560 to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, The Providence Center, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.  Our Partners, Joe Devine and James Wright, matched the amount, bringing the total donation to a total of $3,120 to these worthy charities. In addition, through Bridge’s annual food drive, we were able to collect 412 pounds of food for the Rhode Island Food Bank.

“We created our matching program to encourage our employees to join in the spirit of giving, and we’re so proud to see them step up to support these great organizations,” said James Wright, partner at Bridge.

Beyond the holiday season, we also give back throughout the year through our bi-annual e-Waste Drives. As of October 2014, Bridge has collected over 24 tons of e-Waste to date and raised thousands of dollars for both the Providence Center and First Lutheran Church’s discretionary fund.

2015 will also bring more community service from our team! Our next e-Waste drive will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 and we will continue to run community days, where our employees are encouraged to take a paid day away from the office and give back through a charity.

In both 2013 and 2014 Bridge was ranked one of the top places to work in RI by PBN as well as one of the fastest growing private companies in America by Inc. 500.  We at Bridge know that our community service focus has proven to be a big factor in employee satisfaction; which has in turn helped our company grow.
